Owner, Michelle Roberts, opened Bassett's Lighting 3 years ago after being unable to find interesting light fittings in the area for her own home. Situated in an historic listed building next to Breeze the Beauty Salon at the Town Bridge end of Weymouth, this shop is walking distance from the main town shopping area.
Walking into Bassett's Lighting is like entering an Alladin's Cave packed with light fitings to suit all tastes and age ranges, from contemporary 'Stick Lights' to stylish chandeliers and Tiffany Table lamps. Shades and bases can be bought separately for mix and match with more stock displayed in the room at the back.
