Situated in the picturesque village of Upwey, between Weymouth and Dorchester, the Riverhouse Inn is an historic family run pub/restaurant providing a mix of traditional English and Mediterannean fare in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. This year owners Lorraine and Roberto d'Agostino celebrate 10 years of running this Daily Telegraph and Times recommended gastro pub restaurant.

Good quality food and a warm welcome are provided by this husband and wife team and their staff. Roberto, head chef at the Riverhouse Inn, was trained by the legendary chef Anton Mosimann at the Dorchester Hotel, London. Roberto ensures that all food is carefully prepared using fresh, seasonal produce, delivered daily, which is reflected by the menu and the daily specials board.
Lorraine and Roberto are both justifiably proud of their newly built Mediterannean style garden designed by Chelsea Flower Show award winning local garden designer, Michelle Brown, as well as their luxury en-suite accommodation in converted stables overlooking the peaceful mediterranean garden.
