Darren Long took over as Manager/Squash Coach in July 2007. Driven by his love of Squash he has really enjoyed the challenge and a bright start has been realised.
Darren is the Resident Professional available for coaching on an individual, pairs or group basis, all day everyday, just book in advance.
Terry is the fitness instructor available for gym inductions, personal training with a free consultation, medical screening with fitness assessments and programmes designed to achieve your specific goals.
This is not a members only club and welcomes everyone to participate in any of the wide range of activities on offer at this Centre, Aerobics, Pilates, Tone and Stretch, Yoga, Step Reebok, Primetime and Circuit Training. The cost of sessions ranges from £2.50 to £3.70, with double deals on some classes for only £6.
The Health Suite is inviting and well equipped with a Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room and at a cost to non-members of £5 per session.
Snack food is on offer from the bar daily with sandwiches from £2, soup from £1.80 and the ‘All Day Breakfast’ at £4.50, proving extremely popular.
On Tuesday and Friday evenings a varied menu is offered at reasonable prices from 7.30pm onwards, top of the range being £10 for Surf and Turf 10oz rump steak and 6 pieces of scampi.
