TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
The Pebble Card is non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used by the Pebble Card holder whose signature appears on the reverse of the card. No replacement or refunds will be given for lost or stolen cards

All Pebble Card holders will be required to produce their Pebble Card to the Discount Providers prior to making their payment for the goods and or services to which the discounts apply. Discounts will only be given on presentation of the card
Discount Providers may at their discretion seek to verify the signature on the reverse of the card by requiring Pebble Card holders to produce a form of identification also bearing the Pebble Card holder's signature
Statutory minimum age and other restrictions will apply to some of the goods and services provided by Discount Providers that may limit the availability of some Discounts to Pebble Card holders
All claims or complaints in respect of or arising out of the quality of goods and or services provided must be made directly to the Discount Providers
Whilst the Discount Providers are contractually bound to Pebble Card to provide the discounts to Pebble Card holders Pebble Card accepts no responsibility for the goods and or services being unavailable due to the closure or insolvency of the Discount Providers
In the event that a Discount Provider refuses to provide a discount to a Pebble Card holder Pebble Card will if requested in writing by the Pebble Card holder investigate the circumstances with both the Discount Provider and the Pebble Card holder and use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute where Pebble Card considers that a discount has been refused in breach of contract but without responsibility or liability on the part of Pebble Card for any loss, damage or expense to the Pebble Card holder
